Have you ever wanted to deliver more individualized instruction to students, but were not sure how? The main outcome for this seminar is for teachers to come away with a deeper understanding of how small group work can influence student learning in an online environment. I am a second grade teacher, and after my first two years of teaching, I began wondering how I could monitor my students' math progress more closely. To do this, I started researching something I'd heard a lot about but had never tried before: Guided Math. This seminar is appropriate for any grade level that utilizes small group instruction in the educational setting.
